We supported multiple restaurant brands with structured cabling, low-voltage systems, and IT project coordination for new restaurant builds. These locations required reliable, well-organized, and scalable IT infrastructure to support point-of-sale systems, digital menu boards, guest Wi-Fi, security systems, and back-of-house operations. All projects were delivered as part of new restaurant construction, completed within active construction environments prior to restaurant openings. Each project was executed in phases to align with construction schedules and planned opening timelines.

Throughout the project lifecycle, we maintained close coordination and regular handshakes with client IT teams, vendors, and construction partners to ensure smooth execution and on-time openings. to deliver stable, fully tested VoIP services, integrating safety planning at every stage, utilizing certified technicians and proper equipment, completing full system testing prior to opening, and ensuring a smooth handover to restaurant IT teams.

SCOPE OF WORK

Installed Cat6 structured cabling and performed fiber termination according to restaurant brand–provided plans. Coordinated with construction teams to identify conduit requirements and ensure proper conduit placement before walls and ceilings were closed. Provided data cabling to critical restaurant systems, including POS terminals, kitchen systems, management workstations, and backend network equipment. Installed speaker systems for background music and paging across dining areas, kitchens, and back-of-house spaces.

Installed CCTV cameras covering dining areas, entrances, exits, cash counters, kitchens, and exterior areas. Deployed wireless access points to ensure full Wi-Fi coverage for guest and staff use. Installed wall-mounted TVs and displays for menu boards, promotions, and guest viewing using coaxial cabling where required. Installed digital signage and display monitors for ordering, promotions, and operational messaging. Installed backend network equipment and supported IT room or network cabinet buildouts.

VOIP & TELEPHONY SERVICES

Provided VoIP phone system deployments for select restaurant locations. Partnered with Ezeetel Inc., a trusted telecommunications company with over 20 years of industry experience, to deliver VoIP solutions. Coordinated VoIP handset installation, cabling, and network readiness. Supported VoIP systems for front-of-house, back-of-house, management offices, and call handling. Ensured seamless integration of VoIP services with restaurant network infrastructure prior to opening.

IT ROOM & NETWORK CABINET ORGANIZATION

Built out clean and organized IT rooms or network cabinets as part of new restaurant construction. Installed and dressed network racks with proper cable management- Properly mounted network and telecom equipment. Labeled all cables and devices for easy identification. Delivered organized, support-friendly network spaces for restaurant operators and IT support teams.

IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SAFETY

Managed IT and low-voltage project activities from start to finish for new restaurant builds. Planned and executed work in phased deployments aligned with construction schedules and opening milestones.
